I had the pleasure of speaking with Elaine regarding an order of flowers for my and my wife's anniversary. She was nothing short of punctual, professional, and polite, and was happy to not only keep me in the loop throughout the whole arrangement process, but lend a seasoned eye as well. Elaine took the time to ensure each flower was in perfect condition, and kindly sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery. I don't think I've ever experienced better customer service, and Alton Florist has earned a customer for life moving forward. Highly recommend!

Flower arrangement is beautiful, delivery was great but if one of the tips to keep flowers fresh is to change water I wish a "good" packet would have been included.

June - thank you for your feedback. We generally don’t include flower food packets as most folks in our experience throw them away. So I make sure flower food is in the water when arrangements are made. But I will consider re-adding a packet of flower food as something we include.

Superb artistry in their flower arrangements. What a hidden gem. I Received a sympathy bouquet from a family member. DIVINE! When I needed a flower arrangement shortly there after for the funeral, I knew who I was going to use.
Quirky schedules and the holidays had me order an arrangement a day before I needed it. Gracefully, she created another beauty. Both arrangements were Deluxe and worth the added expense. I'm glad I found my new florist ... and they're only a mile away.

Alton Florist did a beautiful job on flowers for my daughter’s baby shower. Sharon somehow translated my (poorly communicated) vision and delivered exactly what we wanted! She used extremely high quality flowers to execute the vision, everything was super fresh, artfully expect and delivered exactly on time. We had an unexpected March snow storm and she made it all happen like clockwork. I cannot recommend Alton Florist highly enough, and our family will definitely consider ourselves fortunate to use her in the future!
